2020: Protests & City Council

East Baes were taking advantage of the surmounting crashing wave of people who had turned a blind eye to racial & general injustice. We got information out about various peaceful protest locations & times. Got people to log into video City Council meetings & gave tips on how to present at these meetings. We gave out phone numbers of city & representatives who needed to be contacted. We exposed corrupt local leadership. As we did before 2020; we will continue to be a group who encourage activism & out reach. Even if you are not someone who is made for the front line, there are other ways be active from drops offs to pick ups, to learning how to start the conversation at work about work place equity & general treatment by peers. We need all sorts of people with all sorts of skills to move our greater community forward, together.
